What is your Return and Exchange Policy?
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
All sales final on clearance or promotional sale items (30% off or more).
Exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with receipt.
No refund(s) without a receipt.
No returns on the following; Skis, snowboards, boots, bindings, bicycles, car racks, special orders, electronics, gift certificates, worn clothing & apparel, leases, and used items.
All return items must have all packaging, tags and be in salable condition.
Layaway sales 10% deposit (min $50). 10% min payment every two weeks, for up to 180 day. The deposit is refundable if cancelled within 7 days. A gift card credit will be issued for layaways cancelled after 7 days.
There is a 10 business day waiting period for refunds paid by check. The minimum return check fee is $30. Additional charges may be assessed.
Love It or Swap It - Performance Guarantee for Ski, Snowboards, Boots, and Bikes
If you don't love your new Skis, Board, Boots, or Bike, you can trade them in within 30 days for full credit toward equipment more your style.
The details:
- If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your purchase within the 30-day trial period (used three times), you may exchange your purchase for a full credit towards an upgraded model or different size (must be the same category)
- All of Philbrick's Ski, Snowboard, or Bike is covered with a 1 year service plan
- FREE Service includes (must have Philbrick's dated sticker on for service) *All Tune-Ups *All Labor *Installation of accessories purchased at Philbrick's
- (Excessive use or damage may void the exchange policy/service plan, determined by the manager's discretion only)

What are your shipping rates?
*FREE & FAST SHIPPING
Right now we are offering free shipping on orders over $50.00. We do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible, usually the same day you order it, unless our shipping guys are out back shredding rails in some fresh powder. Local shipping is always wicked fast. If you are within New England we can generally have your items to you the day after you order, even with free ground shipping, so no need to upgrade. Orders must be received by 2:00pm EST in order to go out the same day. Orders received after 2:00pm on Thursdays won't go out until Friday and will most likely be received the following Monday (within New England).
US SHIPPING
We offer a number of different shipping options based on your order. Please add items to your cart and enter your shipping information to receive a shipping quote.
We only ship to the 48 contiguous states in the US.
Please note: we cannot be held responsible for any packages shipped to freight forwarders. No replacements or refunds will be issued should you choose to ship to them.
*OVERSIZE ITEM CHARGE
Some items will require an oversize shipping charge. This reasonable charge will show up in your cart when you add an item.
RESPONSIBLE SHIPPING
Not only do we ship your gear quickly, we ship it safely and we use a recycled box whenever possible. Remember to recycle your box when possible so we can keep the cycle going!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time we do not offer international shipping. Sorry for any inconvenience!
SHIPPING TO A P.O. BOX
If you have a United States Post Office Box, we would be happy to ship your item there. However, transit times may be affected because of carrier limitations.

How do I login to my account on the website?
Our new website uses a secure email login code instead of a username and password. To sign in, click Log In, enter the email address associated with your account, and we’ll send you a one-time code by email. Enter that code to access your account — no password required.
Most customer accounts and order history from our previous website were transferred over, so you should be able to log in using the same email you’ve used with us before. If you don’t see the login email right away, please check your spam or promotions folder.
