This pullover works great as a base layer on colder days or we use it as our only layer on hotter days. the half-zip construction allows us to customize our airflow, and the extended collar adds warmth. Thumb loops keep our sleeves in place as we are plunging our ice axes into the snow, and the absence of shoulder seams enhances our comfort when we are wearing a backpack.
