Seeking Full-Time shipping and receiving team member, who is passionate about Cycling, Skiing, or Snowboarding, and committed to delivering outstanding service.

Pack, address and coordinate the shipment of equipment using a variety of carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc
Log incoming and outgoing shipments
Unpack, in-process and store product
Coordinate with existing teams for appropriate billing for shipments
Maintain database inventory records and audit existing product inventory records following established procedures
Coordinate the storage and allocation of shipping material and other shared laboratory resources
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Acceptable Minimum Qualifications

High School Graduate or equivalent
Available to work full time
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Must be available to work at least one weekend day per week.
Additional Desirable Qualifications

Attention to detail
Familiarity with Lightspeed Computer System
Ability to work both independently as well as a member of a team
Experience with shipping and receiving
Inventory management
Warranty management

SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and a smile
Build lasting relationships with customers by offering honest and informative information
Perform daily maintenance tasks including stock work, re-merchandising, pricing, and cleaning.
Participate and contribute content to the shop's Social Media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and website marketing.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource to customers.
Be familiar with the merchandise carried in the store, including brands, key features, and benefits, as well as, the ability to make accurate suggestions to customers.
Remain current on industry products and trends to share knowledge with customers.
Attend product knowledge clinics/camps.
Notify Management of any suspicious people or situations
Adhere to safety procedures regarding the use of tools and equipment.
Note: Additional responsibilities may be assigned as business needs dictate.

REQUIREMENTS

· Experience or background in cycling, skiing, or snowboarding.

· Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to quickly learn new procedures

· Strong organizational and follow-through skills

· Reliable, Responsible and Trustworthy

· Flexibility in schedule to include Holiday and Weekend hours

· Ability to lift 25

Must be available to work at least one weekend day per week.
