The Blizzard Hustle 9 skis represent an established and growing segment of the ski industry, and we're all about it here at SkiEssentials.com. The way skis can be made now has such a big impact on the quality of the product, and these Hustle 9's borrow from the popular Rustler shaping and profiling, while adding new and interesting twists on the build. TrueBlend wood cores have been Blizzard's big move over the past few seasons, and now it gets imported into the Hustle line with the addition of Freeride TrueBlend. By mixing different wood and length of stringers, the Hustle is able to be engineered and designed for the perfect blend of flex and stability for true all-mountain skiing. At 94 mm underfoot and generating a 17-meter turn radius in the 180 cm length, these skis will feel a lot like your beloved Rustler 9's, but with a lower weight and a smoother feel. They use Carbon in their DRT zone, so you still get a lot of underfoot stiffness and energy, while the TrueBlend wood core allows for a more progressive flex as you get to the tips and tails. If a ski can perform at the same level, or better, than a similar product with a lighter weight, it's a good thing, right? We think so, and are incredibly excited to see the growth of the line from Blizzard. From steeps and trees to bumps and groomers, these agile performers will do it all.
